2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered between 15 and 30 days after enrollment if:

  • Course content significantly differs from the published description
  • Medical or emergency circumstances prevent course completion (documentation required)

Partial refunds are calculated on a prorated basis depending on content accessed and time elapsed.

2.3 No Refund After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after enrollment will not be accepted except in extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

4. Subscription Services

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of available content has been accessed. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal.

5. Technical Issues and Platform Errors

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to purchased content:

8. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses or subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds will be issued based on the amount actually paid, not the original full price.

9. Group and Corporate Enrollments

10. Account Credit Alternative

In lieu of a monetary refund, we may offer account credit equivalent to your refund amount. Account credits:

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any payment concerns before involving third parties.
